Built from real operational work
Bluelink Systems grew out of years of building and running technology for IT service providers and the businesses they support. That work included AI readiness programs for small and mid-sized businesses, a billing and payment platform for the IT services industry, and integrations connecting ticketing, billing, CRM and accounting systems.
Along the way we saw the same pattern again and again: growing businesses don't lack ideas or software. They lack someone who can sit with their team, understand how the work really flows, and build the fix. That's what we do.

We're based at 13809 Research Blvd. Suite 500K, Austin, TX 78750. We work on-site with businesses across the Austin area and remotely with clients throughout the United States.
