We designed and built a payment portal for IT service providers with online payments, autopay, and synchronization between PSA and accounting systems.

The challenge
IT service providers bill a mix of recurring agreements and project work, usually tracked in a PSA and invoiced through a separate accounting system.
Invoices were rebuilt by hand, payments were chased by phone and email, and the two systems rarely matched at month-end.
What we did
- Designed a portal where clients can view and pay invoices online
- Built autopay for recurring billing
- Synchronized customers, invoices and payments between PSA and accounting platforms
- Automated reminders for due and overdue invoices
The result
Manual invoice entry, reconciliation and collections follow-up were replaced by an automated flow from PSA to payment, with both systems kept in step.
